Euclid Lodge No. 158 – Parksville, BC
Freemasons Masonic Lodge
Our beginnings start in Port Alberni in 1952 where the brethren of the area decided to start another Lodge because Barclay Lodge No. 90 was becoming too big.
They decided the new lodge would follow Canadian Work as Barclay was using the American Rite. Dispensation was granted on the 1st February 1954 and on 18th February 1954 the Lodge had its institution ceremony. Dispensation of the lodge went on until 26th September 1955 when Euclid received its Warrant of Constitution.
Over the years, Euclid held meetings in Barclay Temple, upstairs in Thomson’s General Store, at Yates Memorial Services on Gertrude Street and now in Parksville at Yates Memorial Services on Allsbrook Road after our relocation in 2014.
Euclid takes pride in striving to be the best we can be and we are known for our “Festive Boards” and being warm and friendly to any sojourning brethren who visit the lodge.
If you are new to the area, please drop in for a visit, we’d love to have you as our guest.
